"Lace layers look"

This year, the big designers are showing a lot of laces. Thin laces, heavy laces, black laces, lace overlays. Everything. Dolce Gabanna goes for a night-out lace look, but Karl Lagerfelds version for Chanel is inspired by his childhood with heavy lace layers over other fabrics like the shorts and the blazer I chose here. I think this is great, because laces are my favorite pattern. It could look cute, sexy or beautiful just by changing the thickness or color. I really like Karl Lagerfelds idea, because I love colors. So now I can choose a shorts with a cute color and just put a lace shorts over it. I hope to see things like this in the stores! I chose a lighter shorts than blazer, because I wanted to seperate them. I really love the knee-high boots, I am actually looking for knee-high boots, so. I chose some sort of vintage jewelry for this, because its a pretty classic look. I would go for the typical classic make-up too, with eyeliner on the eye lid and red lips!

Inspiration 3

Well, I've been looking forward to doing this again actually. It's soon Christmas, and New Years eve! Expect a lot of glitter from now on. I'm looking for a Christmas dress, preferably over the knees short and with some sort of glitter, sequins and pearls on it. Let me know if you know of some cute dresses! I don't care about the color, but I would like to not use red or green, because it's so typical for Christmas. As I said yesterday, it's still not snow in Norway. So I've got a lot of pictures with snow! I will do a few glitter make-up tutorials and such. Maybe I'll do some sort of hairstyles too. I've promised you to blog a lot more, so that's what I'm gonna do!

Outfit of the day!

"Rusty red and jeans look"

I thought I could make a more casual look today. I felt really cozy this mornings, so I wasn't actually feeling the "alot of accessory" today. I just put on a pantyhose, wool socks and a huge sweater, so I thought I could make a normal look today. I started with the turtleneck sweater, because it's warm and I chose grey jeans to it, just to have different tones. I chose a rusty red tubescarf. I actually wanted a rusty red cap too, but I didn't find it, so I went with earrings in gold and rusty red. I love the clock I have here, by Marc Jacobs. It's so simple. I chose a bag with a sort of rusty red leather and Jeffrey Campbell shoes with brown leather to match the clock. I don't know why I thought of these nail polishes, but I really like the colors. The purple color is great for Christmas, and the glitter one is just perfect for everything.

Still autumn

I hate that it is absolutely not a spot of snow here in Norway yet. It's too warm. This weekend we had a storm and even that didn't bring in the snow. I really hope it's snow on Christmas. I don't know why I want snow, but I just don't feel like it's winter before it's snowing. I still say it's autumn outside, even if it's 1st December this Thursday... Do you have any snow yet, or do you look forward to the snow coming? Anyway, I bought a new scarf today. It was on sale at H&M, and I just had to buy it. It only costed me 8 dollars or so. That's 50 Norwegian kroner. I just think it's beautiful to autumn, because it has leaf print on it with some beige and orange colors. It's not warm and thick, so it's more a cute accessory.





I love it! I really like that it's two different prints on it. I will absolutely wear this as often as I can! I just put my wallet on it to pair it with something. Bye!

Monday, monday..

I've been home sick from school today, so I actually made Monday a much more boring day than usual. Since I'm totally bored, I thought I could show you the pictures I took this weekend. I don't have many pictures of the make-up I wore, but it's something. I also made some new buys on Saturday. I only have pictures of my new sweater, but I bought a grey headband and some red/white Christmas socks. I also bought a new mascara last week! I bought the one I wanted, the "Maybelline Falsies Lash Flared Wings" or something like that... I'm wearing it at the make-up pictures. I'm going to do a few reviews this week. Especially on my DiorSkin foundation, my face-primer, mascara and maybe some of the other M.A.C lipsticks I have. I might do a review on the rouge I bought on TopShop too. And of course I will do a review on my gold dust eye-shadow! It's beautiful and I'm wearing it at the pictures below. Even if I've been sick today, I have done make-up and other things, like my "shower-ritual". I'm wearing normal jeans today, and a light pink sweater. I love the scarf I'm wearing today. It's a brown one with darker brown hearts, and it's just really cute. It's a scarf by Beck Sonder Gaard, and it costs about 102 dollars. It's warm and comfortable too. It's just amazing.

Outfit of the day!

"Pink jumpsuit look"

I've really fell in love with jumpsuits. I've actually never owned a jumpsuit, so I'm thinking of buying one. If you know of any websites with cool jumpsuits, please tell me in a comment. The idea of this look is to take something classic and make it more, floating. Sort of not so strict as classic things tend to be. I chose this classic looking jumpsuit and paired it with a shocking pink blazer. What I love about this jumpsuit is the belt with gold buckle. It gives me more to work on, like the accessories. I chose gold accessories, because of the belt. I'm not so sure if it would be too much or not, I think it's right on the line here. You can drop the earrings and bracelet, but I would keep the gold clutch. I really like the shoes here, because of the heel. It's not any room between the toes and the heel, and I really like that, because it would be a classic shoe if it was any room between the heel and the toes. So that's another thing where we take something classic, and make it less strict. I would definitely go with pink nails and lips for this!
