I really like this for anything at all actually. The shirt should sort of "hang" out of your high-waist skirt. This makes it a bit more relaxed and not so sharp. The gold necklace is somewhat fashion right now. Necklaces that are Maya/Egyptian inspired and are really close to your neck and sort of big has been selling extremely in the stores lately. The knot earrings I fell for at once. I actually want a pair of these, because they're pretty old-fashioned. The bracelet was random, because it matched the necklace. This look must have a clutch, so I choose one in black snakeskin, and I'm guessing it's not real snakeskin, but whatever. The shoes are also classic, so they would fit here perfectly. This is actually a really classic look. It's good for job or school interviews to look as good as possible. You can match this with a red lipstick, but this would make the look a bit more sharp again. I find this skirt a bit too long, because the length goes under the knees, and I want it to go right OVER the knees. You can use silver jewelry instead of gold, but I prefer gold to this.
